Abstract: Medicinal plants contain bioactive compounds that provide human health benefits such as Persea americana, Malva parviflora, and Malus domestica that have long been used in traditional Mexican medicine. The objetive of the present work was to develop an added food with a vegetable extract with antimicrobial and aniinflamatory potential.
