Abstract: Aloe vera has several properties; it works as an anti-inflammatory agent, fungicide, antibiotic and a tissue regenerating agent. Due to its nutritional properties and their chemical composition, mainly rich in polysaccharides, Aloe vera has a high potential as a promoter of prebiotic microorganisms development agent. The idea to introduce the food industry a probiotica-prebiotica drink based on a substrate non-diairy (Aloe vera) and the BAL are widely used in food industry sience they posess probiotic activiy and antimicrobial, which empowers the food delivery is added to these microorganisms.
